La Prima cheese is made with 100% pasteurized goat's milk, with the addition of selected enzymes, rennet and salt.
Caciottina with a white and soft texture, suitable for being dissolved in soups or steaming hot first courses, and goes well with the classic rosette (michetta). We suggest a pairing with a sweet sauce such as green tomato jam. Thanks to the delicate and sweet notes, for the pairing you can choose a white wine, with an intense bouquet of fragrant aromas.
