Delivery Times

• We offer delivery from Monday to Saturday.  

• Monday and Saturday deliveries can only be made if you confirm before Friday 4 pm. Any order confirmed between Friday 4 pm and Monday 4 pm can be delivered earliest on Tuesday. 

• The delivery time will be applied within the time slot below, Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. 
  Timeslot Rang: 12 pm – 6 pm 

• If you need specific delivery date/time, we may charge extra delivery fee upon your request. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• HK Island: Daily

• Kowloon: Every 2 days 

• New Territory: Every 3 days

You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the order after place the order. For HK Island order, you can expect receive your goods within 24 hours . For Kowloon , you can expect receive your goods within 48 hours . For New Territory areas , you can expect receive your goods within 72 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM or outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to: outlying islands and HK airport.

Delivery Rules

1. The delivery service is door to door.

2. Please make sure the delivery vehicles are able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address, otherwise the additional fees shall be applied. 

3. The Delivery is only available up to 1st floor for apartments without lift, customers requiring delivery to higher floors shall incur additional charges. 

4. The delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal 8 or black rain warning signal is hoisted.

5. If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we shall leave your goods outside your door or with the security guard.  Drivers will also try to get in touch with you on the phone to let you know the delivery has been made.  

6. Although we maintain strict controls over our products, mishaps inevitably happen. We encourage you to check whether the delivery is satisfactory and complete at the time of delivery. Your signature, or the signature on your behalf, on the invoice copy shall be deemed proof of delivery.

7. Self-pick up is in Borgovivo Warehouse in Chai Wan: Mon - Friday from 1 PM to 6 PM. We will send a message when the goods are ready.​

Return/Refund Policy

• If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to the driver in original packaging and report the return by email to orders@borgovivoshop.com  within 24 hours. We will provide a full refund by credit note on your account or replacement for any item that we have confirmed that is faulty. 

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if, in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty. In such case, we will return the goods to you.
