 Delivery & Pickup Information

• Delivery service is available within SF’s service coverage area. (Hong Kong)

   To obtain the most current information regarding  area coverage, we kindly request that you visit the SF Express website. This will ensure you have accurate details for your location.

• Orders HKD 500 or above: Free delivery via SF Cold Chain.

• Orders below HKD 500:

         • Self-pickup available from our Wong Chuk Hang warehouse or our restaurant in Central                             Hollywood road , OR    

         • HKD 100 delivery fee via SF Cold Chain.

• Door-to-door service is provided only to buildings with lift access.

         • For locations without lifts, an additional charge may apply, or the goods will be delivered to the                ground floor only.

• All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• A tracking number will be provided via Whatsapp once your order is shipped.

• For express delivery or special requests, please contact us directly. 

Disputes

In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision of Borgovivo Distribution Limited shall be final and  binding.
