Auricchio Spicy Provolone Cheese is a unique Italian cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk, produced in the Lombardy region of Italy. It is aged for at least four months and has a spicy, piquant flavor with a hint of sweetness. 
The texture is semi-firm and slightly crumbly, with a golden yellow color.  It is an excellent cheese with a unique taste, perfect for adding an extra kick to any dish.
