Produced from unpasteurised cow’s milk, Asiago DOP/PDO Cheese is formed into washed-rind wheels and develops a straw-colored that has a mild fruity flavour. The mild fruity flavour cheese has a crumbly texture, small medium irregular holes and melts nicely on the palate.
