Produced by the historic Principe Pallavicini estate, "Rubillo" displays a brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals vibrant aromas of fresh red cherries, wild forest berries, and subtle hints of ground pepper and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is soft, well-balanced, and approachable with smooth tannins and a crisp, refreshing finish.
